Nature and use of services
This website intends to enable its users to manage and share data about routes for pedestrians and vehicles, and manage surveillance alerts linked to those routes to warn contacts designated by the user when those alerts are triggered.
Each route published by a user of the website can be made available to all the users, or on the contrary kept private, for the member exclusive use.
Unregistered users can access public routes published by members. They can search for such routes based on criteria provided by the website tools. They can also use the maps to plan their routes, but they can't save them.
In order to save or publish a route on this website, members will have to use the interactive maps provided by the publisher, by placing points of the route using the tools made available.
The interface will then calculate the distance of that route. This distance is provided for general information only, and the publisher can not be held responsible for any error or miscalculation of that distance.
The user can select the route type, for pedestrian or vehicle use.
Any public route shared on this website has to be authorized for the selected mode of transportation.
Users willing to travel along that route will have to make sure they are authorized to do so, and that it is safe.
If the user is registered and connected to its account, he can save his routes. The member decides duing that phase whether the route will be public and available to all users, or private and for its exclusive use. A member can modify routes he has created and saved.
